By using this site (https://afewmoreplants.com), or placing an order with A Few More Plants LLC, you fully agree to all terms and conditions.

Processing Time

Processing is usually immediate, but can take up to 2 days for fulfillment. Because we only ship on Mondays, it may take up to two weeks to receive your plant.

Shipping Policy

There are options for local pickup (see below), USPS Priority for $15, UPS 2 Day for $30, or UPS Next Day for $55.

Plants are typically shipped on Mondays

We will ship later in the week if it’s a holiday, in order to avoid any post office delays. Note that orders placed from the eastern regions in the US can have an extended delivery time of up to 5 business days. Tracking numbers are sent out via email, and will be attached to your orders.

Please ensure your email address is accurate to receive communication about your order.

Shipping in the US

We offer USPS shipping to all US territories. We offer UPS shipping only to the lower 48 states.

In the case where plants are on hold, if a delivery date is not scheduled 14 days after the purchase date, the order will be cancelled and refunded, minus a restocking fee of 15%.

International Shipping

We do NOT ship internationally. Orders placed from these areas will be refunded and cancelled.


We ship most of our plants bareroot, wrapped in sphagnum moss, but we will occasionally ship them in their pots. We ensure soil moisture and retention by adding a plastic lining to contain the substrate or paper filling, as well as using cushioning to protect the foliage and plant structure during its journey. We have very little control over shipping delays once the plants and/or supplies leave our care, but we are happy to work with you to resolve the situation.

Local Pickup

Yes, we do offer local pickups! Select the “Local Pickup” option during checkout, and we will send you a calendar invite in the following email to schedule your pickup. If you did not receive a local pickup email, you may schedule an appointment here.

If you are an out-of-state visitor who is interested in “Local Pickup,” you may have noticed that the option is not available to you (we currently limit this to Oregon residents only to avoid accidental selection for local pickups). If you will be in the area (welcome!) and would prefer Local Pickup, please contact us and schedule an appointment here. We are happy to accommodate you.

If a pickup date is not scheduled 14 days after the purchase date, the order will be cancelled and refunded, minus a restocking fee of 15%.

If a pickup appointment has been missed twice, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment account minus a restocking fee of 15%.

Refunds / Returns

Live Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee live delivery of all our plants. We pride ourselves on our packaging and the health of our plants—and our refund policy reflects it!

If a plant arrives dead, we will refund you on the condition that an unboxing video is included within 4 hours of the timestamped delivery. Without an unboxing video, we cannot honor the claim.

After your claim is accepted, we will send you a return label, and refund payment to your account after receipt of the returned plant. Plant will have to be postmarked for return within a week of delivery or warranty may be voided.

Our Live Delivery Guarantee does not cover free plants / freebies.

Cosmetic Damage

Cosmetic damages such as leaf damage are not included in our refund policy. We do our best to protect the foliage during transit, but occasionally damage will occur.

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, do not hesitate to contact us! We will work with you to solve it.


Your Right To Cancel

We do charge a 5% cancellation fee if the cancellation was initiated by the customer. If you would like to request any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once our plants have started fulfillment, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason, for a full refund back to your payment account.


Due to the nature of plants, we cannot guarantee the future state of any plants sold. We will provide you with ample photos of the mother plant and of the plant’s current condition in the product listing. We guarantee that all variegation is natural: we do not endorse or sell plants with temporary Chemically Induced Variegation, (NO C.I.V.)

Plant Photos

All of imagery on our website are entirely our own, and unaltered by filters or enhancements. Our plants are photographed in natural lighting to accurate capture their colors and foliage shape.

We strive to update our photos as often as possible, however due to the robust growth of our plants, photos may not always be the most recent. But we promise that plants will have at least the advertised number of leaves shown in the photos.
